Aethel is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect minimal information to provide our services:
Information you provide: When you use features like Daily Practice, Journal, Birth Chart, or Numerology, you may enter personal information such as your name, date of birth, mood, and intentions. This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
AI interactions: When you use AI-powered features, your inputs are sent to the Anthropic API to generate responses. Please review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
Subscription data: If you subscribe to Aethel Premium, payment and subscription management is handled by Google Play. We do not store your payment information.
We use the information you provide solely to deliver the features of the Aethel app, including personalized metaphysical practices, tarot readings, affirmations, and other spiritual tools.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Journal entries, practice history, and personal preferences are stored locally on your device using browser local storage. This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly use an AI feature that requires sending input to generate a response.

Google Play — Handles app distribution and subscription billing. See policies.google.com/privacy.
Netlify — Hosts the Aethel web app. See netlify.com/privacy.
Aethel is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Since most data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser or app data. For any data held by third-party services, please refer to their respective privacy policies.
